3 Ways to Support Your Mental + Emotional Wellbeing During Pregnancy

Our mental and emotional wellbeing is just as important our physical health. While we're all at home, separated from many of our loved ones, our friends, our everyday routines out in the world... it's important to take care of ourselves in every way during pregnancy and that includes a healthy head.

#1: Touch yourself.
